He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Thomas Liggins and Ruby Thelma Creech Liggins; and his brothers, Larry Liggins, Don Liggins and Charles Liggins.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kay Corbett Liggins; his daughter Jan Liggins; and his granddaughter Adriana Liggins.
