Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Deborah Place (Knightdale, North Carolina), who passed away at the age of 55, on June 25, 2020. She is survived by: her parents, Bobby Edward Hicks and Julia Gresham Hicks of Raleigh; her husband Scott Place; her children, Bobby Justice of Raleigh and Marrah Justice of Raleigh; her stepchildren, Cameron Place of Raleigh, Jackson Place of Raleigh and Kendall Place of Raleigh; and her siblings, Edward L. Hicks (Charlotte) of Zebulon and Deniece Hicks of Pittsboro.
The family will have a small private ceremony for immediate family and in lieu of flowers the family is asking donations to be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in her name.
