She was predeceased by: her parents, Relmon Phillips and Emma Grace Wheeler Phillips; and her sister Marie P. Bohlen. She is survived by: her son William David Cozart (Emma); her grandchildren, Phillip Thomas Cozart (Brandi) and Grace Ann Cozart; and her sister Frances Jones (Stanley).
