He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence "Kelly" Donaldson and Adelaide Weedman Donaldson; his former wife Joan Webbenhurst Donaldson; and his brothers, David "Dave" Donaldson and Robert "Bob" Donaldson.
He is survived by: his wife Janie Brantley Donaldson; his son Tom Donaldson (Kristin); his stepdaughters, Pamela Leonard (Cory) and Michelle Woody; his grandchildren, Tyler Hight, Whitney Hight (James Turner), Lydia Donaldson, Erynn Donaldson, Colin Donaldson and Colton Leonard; and his great grandchild Elora Jane Turner.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zebulon Town Cemetery N.. A reception was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
