It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luther Perry (Knightdale, North Carolina), who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Bryant Perry and Rosa Perry; his wife Edith Louise King Perry; his brother Crocker Perry; and also, Nora P. Buffaloe and Doris P. Hurt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa P. Anderson (James) of Holden Beach and Darlene P. Lewis (Jerry) of Rolesville; his grandchildren, Samantha Womble of Wake Forest, Jonathan Lewis of Oxford, Garrett Bodenhamer of Rolesville and Justin Bodenhamer of Raleigh; his great grandchildren, Emerson and Easton Womble of Wake Forest; and his sisters, Mary Lee Price of Zebulon and Josephine Alford (Roscoe Perry) of Zebulon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rolesville Baptist Church Building Fund, 203 E Young St, Rolesville, NC 27571.
