She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Poole and Syrama Jones Poole; her husband George Rocher Ray; her sons, Rocher Wayne Ray and Dewey Lane Ray; her grandson Karl Righter, Jr.; and her siblings, Dwight Poole, Bobby Poole, Lena Mae Perry and Leola Gay.
She is survived by: her daughter Betty Ann Ray Friedman (Chuck); her grandson Jason Righter (Darlene); her great grandchildren, Morgan, Erika and Zachariah; and her sister Alva Benton (Dan).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
