We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2025, at the age of 82, Patricia Sally O'Neill Wilson (Knightdale, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Patricia Sally O'Neill had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Patricia Sally O'Neill may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ana O'Neill and Thomas O'Neill; her sisters, Joan and Anna Marie (Mimi); and her sons, Georgie and Baby Boy Wilson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Marie Wilson, Patricia Wilson Reynolds (Michelle Wilson Reynolds) and Pat; and her granddaughter Georgette Calzati. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society or the ASPCA.
