Rafael Alberto 'Ralph" Sanchez, 50, passed away suddenly, Saturday, July 14, 2018. He was born June 13, 1968 in Ecuador to Gladys Lavayen Sanchez and the late Fausto Enrique Sanchez, Sr. Ralph received his automotive technology degree from Coastal Carolina Community College in Jacksonville, NC. He was a self-employed mechanic for Raleigh Auto Experts. Memorial service 2:00 pm, Saturday, July 21, 2018 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, 27545. An inurnment will take place 11:00 am, Monday, July 23, 2018 at Maplewood Cemetery, 653 NC 42 West, Clayton. Surviving: mother, Gladys Lavayen of Ecuador; brothers: Fausto Sanchez, Jr. of Jacksonville and Cesar Sanchez of Clayton; sister, Elsa Hernandez of Jacksonville; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.
