He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Floyd Nipper and Beverly King (Horne); his wife Bernadette Nipper (Lombardi); his daughters, Lisa Smith (Phillip), Jennifer Tippett and Cheryl VanFosson (John); his grandchildren, Tyler Smith (Charlotte), Tanner Smith, Trinity Smith, Michael Tippett, Gabriel Tippett, Jayce Tippett, Leah Goodman and Brianna Alcorn; his great grandchildren, Lilly Mae Smith and Daisy Kay Smith; and his brother Howard G. Nipper (Willa). He was also cherished by uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
