She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cecil Winstead and Rosa Lee Wilkins Winstead; her great grandchild Hope Skillman; her siblings, Shirley Amos and Jerry Winstead; and her nephew Cary Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Ollie Thomas Perry; her daughter Timi Karen Perry Jackson; her granddaughters, Rebecca Skillman (Steven), Emily Jackson and Stephanie Sledge; her great grandchildren, Sara, Philip, Timothy, Leah and Caroline; and her siblings, Edward Winstead, James Wiggs, Carolyn Barnes, Ernestine Long and Faye Hinkleman.
