Rex Tippett Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rex Tippett (Knightdale, North Carolina), who passed away on April 1, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Louise Tippett; his siblings, J. D., Carsey, Wallace Tippett and Eloise Eddins; and his stepmother Myrtle C. Tippett.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Fisher Finch Tippett; his daughters, Jane Tippett (Joe) and Linda Pace (Tim); his grandchildren, Merredith Bulluck, Ashley Massey (David) and Travis Pace (Meagan); his half-siblings, Sarah Tant and Joe Wayne; his stepchildren, Marlo Willis, Finch Monson, Gene Monson and John Monson; and his stepgrandchildren, Waylon, Rodger Willis, Elizabeth, Emily Monson, Jack and Reagan Monson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wakefield Central Baptist Church.
