He is survived by: his spouse Nelsa Samuel; his children, Russell Holness (Thea), Sharon Joseph (Wesner Joseph) and Runell Samuel; and his siblings, David Samuel, Lillian Henry (Hollis Henry), Stafford Samuel, Vernon Samuel (Ann), Oswald Samuel, Sherwin Samuel, Verna Francis (Denfort Francis) and Irisdene Samuel. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren and host of other relatives and friends.
