She is survived by: her mother Gloria "Patty" Belles McCullough; her sons, Levi Corbin Fraleigh and Brent Michael Arthur Fraleigh; her brothers, Robert "Bob" McCullough (Josephine), Richard "Dick" McCullough (Joanna), Brian "Art" McCullough (Wanda), Jon McCullough (Cindy) and Lance McCullough (Michelle); her nieces and nephews, Shawn McCullough, Melissa Johnson, Jon McCullough, Lance McCullough, Brianne Kerr, Sarah McCullough, Brian McCullough, Desiree Vallas (Jason), Natalie Johnson and Kylie McCullough; and her close friends, Jim, Carol Adams, Jeff and Janie Hellmann.
