He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Doris Daughtry Watson; his children, Bonnie Jean Watson, Melody Joy Poole and William Vance "Van" Watson, Jr.; his granddaughter Lauren Ashley Poole; his great grandchild Jordan of Kinsley, Layla; and his siblings, Inez Catlette and Donald Ray Watson.
