He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Edward Hart and Gracie Jarman Hart; and his siblings, Bertie Laura Aycock, Katie Aycock, Gene Hart, Billy Hart and Fred Hart, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Judy Brittain Hart; his children, Carla Sue Batchelor (Joe) and Duffy Jarman Hart, Jr.; his granddaughter Jessica Batchelor Avery (Stephen); his great grandchild Jaden Avery; and his sister Peggy Hart Rouse (Frank).
