He was predeceased by : his parents, Jessie Denny and Carrie Belle Keys Denny; his wife Audrey Carol Stidhams Denny; his granddaughter Meagen Stuart; and his siblings, Ruthie Shoemaker of Wilkesboro, NC, Ralph Denny of West Jefferson, NC and Edd Denny of Warrensville.
He is survived by : his children, Amy Howell of Crumpler, NC, Michelle Denny of Lenior, NC and Frankie Denny of Warrensville, NC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
