He was predeceased by : his parents, Isaac Langley and Flora Butler Langley; his wife Bertha Sparks Langley; his siblings, Edmond Langley, Eston Langley, Leroy Langley, Buford Langley, Eva Royston and Eula Mae Haney; and his great grandchild Camber Jones.
He is survived by : his sister Mary DiTommasso of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, a host of loving nieces, nephews and many friends.
