She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Belton Lowery and Cattie Mae Lowery; and her siblings, Mattie Croom, Elizabeth Cribb, James Belton Lowery, Ronnie Lowery, Fred Lowery and Everett Lowery.
She is survived by : her children, Joseph St. Romain (Kathy) and Dana Locklear (Pate); her siblings, Clyde Lowery (Effie), David Lowery and Bessie Brooks; and her grandchildren, Steven Ray Garcia, Donald Heath Scott, Ben McMillan, Jr., Demi Perry, Victoria Hall and Amanda St. Romain. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.
