He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul K. Wagner and Helen English Wagner; and his brother Terry Wagner. He is survived by: his brothers, Lew Wagner (Lisa) of Laurel Hill, Pee Wee Wagner of Wagram and Jerry Wagner (Melissa) of Laurinburg; his sister-in-law Patricia Wagner of Wagram; and his siblings' children, Donna Rae Nichols, Ashley Gayle Wagner, Paula Kimberly Wagner, Nickey Milligan, Dollie Webster, Lukie Wagner, Mike Wagner and Chris Jacobs. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews, and many friends.
