She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Terry, Jr. and Deborah Ruth Martin; and her son James Howard Chance III. She is survived by: her daughter Catelyn Elizabeth Chance; and her grandson Creed Taylor of Laurinburg. She is also survived by two brothers, three sisters, along with a host of nieces, nephews, loving family and devoted friends.
