It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Clark of Laurinburg, North Carolina, who passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Alton Peele; her husband Douglas Bethune Clark; and her brother Jerry Alton Peele. She is survived by: her daughter Suzanne Clark Bennett (Charles) of Southern Pines; her grandchildren, Mary Allison Bennett Yancey (Ian) of Laurinburg and Clark Bennett of Southern Pines; and also Pattye Redmond of Ellabell, Georgia. She is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
