We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2021, at the age of 86, Betty Oxendine of Laurinburg, North Carolina, born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Henry Dailey and Phyllis Baker Burgess; her sister Dorothy Stacey; and her grandson Joseph Allen Riggins. She is survived by: her husband Plummer Oxendine; and her children, Charles Oxendine (Sylvia) of Laurinburg, Darlene Yarbrough (Ronnie) of Sanford, Deborah Cadwell (Dan) of Medina, OH and Phyllis Langley (Harold) of Laurinburg.
