She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Marshall Milligan and Ethel Pittock Milligan; her husband Carl Reece Brown; and her brother Marshall Milligan. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Dawn Giotta; her siblings, Gordon Milligan (Patricia) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Linda Horne of Laurinburg; and her grandchildren, Franklin Reece Brown (Lauren) and Tabitha Vianca Giotta. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and many friends.
