He is survived by: his father Justin Grooms; his significant other Chasity; his children, Gage Tew, Shianne Grooms, Nakayla Tew, Cayden Tew and Ariana Tew; his brothers, Jerry Wayne Locklear, Josh Grooms and Jeffrey Hyatt; and his grandmother Marie Hyatt of Laurinburg. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
