She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Eugene Byrd and Evelyn Norris Byrd; and her siblings, Larry Byrd, Dean Byrd, Ralph Byrd, Charles Eugene Byrd, Jr. and Jeanette Shutt.
She is survived by: her children, James Coleman, Jr. (Elizabeth Ann) of Chesterfield, SC, Brenda Lee Coleman of Laurinburg, Margaret Barnes of Hamlet and Tammy Coleman of Laurinburg; her siblings, Mike Byrd of Laurel Hill, Jim Byrd of Laurinburg, Woody Byrd of Laurinburg, Frankie Byrd of Jacksonville, FL, Ann Brooks of Rockingham, Judy Barcome of Hamlet and Lorraine Latham of Topeka, KS; her grandchildren, Chasity Bledsoe (Brent), James "Jamie" Coleman, III, Pete Grant, Jr. (Marie), Bradley Grant and Carson Bevis; and her great grandchildren, Steven Grant, Madison Bledsoe, Cason Bevin, Chloe Bevis, Kayleigh Bevis, Maddlynn Bevis, Riley Grant, Lexie Grant, Nicole Grant, Michael Johnson, Cole Coleman and Hiley Grant. She is also survived by her loving nieces, nephews and her extended family and many friends.
