She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Locklear and Arthea McGirt Locklear; her son Lowery; and her siblings, James Locklear, Donnie Locklear and Priscilla Driggers.
She is survived by: her sons, Hank William Locklear and Charlie Junior Locklear (Corrinna) of McColl, SC; and her siblings, Pete Locklear of Laurinburg, Malcolm Locklear of Gibson, Bessie L. Martin (Richard) of Laurinburg, Bonnie Ray Milliken (Tommy) of Laurel Hill and Dora Haynes (Junior) of Wagram. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
