Bulah Milligan Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bulah Milligan (Laurinburg, North Carolina), who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard "Pete" Stokes Milligan (Christian); and her siblings, Zelbert Locklear and Star Locklear. She is survived by: her children, Jeremy G. Milligan (Denise) of Maxton, Sarah Louise Milligan (Crystal Gunter) of Laurinburg, Shirley Lowery (Wayne) of Laurinburg and Dianna "Dawn" Mozingo (Philip) of Maxton; her siblings, Sky Locklear of Lumberton, Presley Locklear of Maxton, Randall Locklear of Maxton, Tony Locklear of McColl, SC, Don Locklear of McColl, SC, Dixon Lee Locklear of Maxton, Sarah Jane Henderson of Pembroke, Munday Mae Locklear of Lumberton, Mary Ann Locklear of Lumberton and Dymaries Locklear of Maxton; and also, Bulah and Abbott Laboratories. She is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews.
