He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Scott (Dora Juanita "Nita") and Felicia Jones of Barbourville, KY; his daughter Danielle Clark of Pembroke; his stepfather Ralph Goins (Tabitha) of Gibson; his grandfather William Bud Kearns of Maxton; his siblings, Harley Ray Goins (Casey) of Barbourville, KY and Jade Nicole Goins of Florence, SC; his aunt Kristie Jones of Maxton; and his close friend Stephanie Lambert of Pembroke. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
