He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Archie Williams, Sr. and Mary Hayes Williams; his wife Annie Mae Thompkins Williams; his son Michael Ray Williams; his grandsons, Jody Michael Williams and Michael Ray Williams, Jr.; and his siblings, Archie Williams, Rachel Curns and Gretchen Young.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel "Danny" Jerry Williams (Carolyn) of Laurinburg, Connie Lamb (Dewey) of Laurinburg, Kimberly Renee Williams (Berwyn) of Lumberton and Kellie Ann Williams of Laurinburg; and his sister Andrea Steele (Ray) of Lexington, SC. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren.
