She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Clarence McPhail and Shirley Temple McPhail; her husband John Edward Horne Jr.; her brother Richard "Ricky" McPhail; and her brother-in-law Jaybird Parks.
She is survived by: her children, John Edward "Trey" Horne III (Krista) of Laurel Hill, Michael Allan Horne (Cassi) of Laurinburg and Barbara Ann Davis (Paul) of Laurinburg; her grandchildren, Lily, Landon, Levi, Halli, Torri, Isla, Anslee and Indi; her siblings, Danny McPhail of Laurinburg and Ann Parks of Maxton; her siblings' children, Jennifer Strider of Bolivia, Melissa Lowery (Lynn) of Red Springs, Heather Maynor of Fayetteville, Ashley Martin of Williamton, Austin McPhail of Charleston, SC, David Parks of Maxton, Chrislyn Oxendine of Red Springs, Dakotah Lowery of Red Springs and Chelsea Lowery of Red Springs; and her sisters-in-law, Tammy Strider of Bolivia and Linda Jacobs of Shannon.
