He was predeceased by: his father Charles Edward Nichols. He is survived by: his mother Fannie Filyaw Nichols of Georgetown, SC; his wife Yvonne Quick Nichols; his children, Donald J. Nichols, Jr. (Donna) of Laurinburg, Kenneth Nichols (Christina) of Gibson and April Nichols-Dial (T. C.) of Laurinburg; his brothers, Charles Eddie Nichols, Jr. of Georgetown, SC, Terry Nichols of Georgetown, SC, Jamie Nichols (Loris) of Bennettsville, SC and Timothy R. Nichols of Bennettsville, SC; and his grandchildren, Triston Nichols, Kierra Leviner, Dasan Leviner, Taden Dial, Gavin Nichols, Andrew Nichols and Grayson Nichols Airess Nichols. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and his loving extended family.
