She is survived by: her parents, Johnny Ray Brigman, Sr. and Teresa Evonne Grant Brigman of Laurinburg, NC; her pet Gizzy; her children, Thomas Zebulen Locklear of Laurinburg, NC and Samantha Leanne Locklear of Laurinburg, NC; her siblings, Johnny Ray Brigman, Jr. (Merlene) of Laurinburg, NC and Jennifer Jackson of Laurinburg, NC; her father-in-law James Elmore Locklear, Sr.; her sister-in-law Joy Hicks (Lonnie); and her niece Kimberly Hicks.
