He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Duncan John Sr. and Sarah Elliot McCormick (Sally); his son Mackey; his wife Dorothy Carroll McCormick; his children, Duncan John McCormick (Mackey), Kenneth McCormick (Kathy) of Laurinburg, NC and Susan McCormick Nance (David) of Cary, NC; and his grandchildren, Angela Monte (Michael), Caitlin Dakermandji (Joe), Michelle Azzarello, Amy Covington (Mitch) and Kelli Taylor (Michael).
