She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Locklear and Mary Locklear; and her husband Lacy Locklear. She is survived by: her children, Sarah Williams (Tommy) of Laurinburg and Lacy Locklear (Angie) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Amy Clay, Kristy Kohnen and Ian Locklear; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Locklear, Parker Tilton, Jasmine Lowery and Kaleb Clay; and her siblings, Eula Locklear, Jeanette Smith and Dovernell Locklear. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and may friends.
