She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Buffkin and Lucretia Turbeville Buffkin; her husband Herbert Earl Stanley; and her son Herbert Earl "Stan" Stanley, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Suellen Stanley Arnett (Gary) of Laurinburg, Vicki Lee Stanley of Raeford and Anne Stanley Myers (David) of Laurinburg; her grandchildren, David Scott Myers II (Natalie), Michael Stanley Myers (Magen) and Shandi Arnett Webb (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Carley Elizabeth and Abbey Renee Webb.
