He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thelbert and Lillie Mae Grant Skipper; and his brother John. He is survived by: his siblings, James Howard Skipper (Hazel), Lela Mae Milligan "Midge" and Edith Swartz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and family and friends.
