With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eulah Locklear (Laurinburg, North Carolina), who passed away on February 19, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Carlie Locklear; and her sons, Earl Locklear, Michael Locklear and Phillip Locklear. She is survived by: her children, Carlie Locklear, Jr. of Charlotte, Don Locklear of Laurinburg, Kenny Locklear (Marie) of Charlotte, Mark Locklear (Amy), Eric Locklear (Teresa), Brian Locklear, Randy Locklear, Linda Hill (Marshall) of Maxton, Vickie Bodiford of White Lake, Reginia Locklear (Gary), Joyce Strickland (Billy Ray), Sylvia Fay, Theresa Morgan (Shanley) of Lumberton, Alicia Locklear and Phyllis Locklear; and her siblings, Dovenell Locklear of Maxton and Jeanette Smith of Gibson. She is also survived by eighteen children.
