She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Oxendine and Muriel Oxendine; and her siblings, Arthur W. Oxendine, Adrian Oxendine, Billy Ray Oxendine and Ollie Oxendine.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Locklear; and her siblings, Jemen Oxendine of Red Springs, James Earl Oxendine of Pembroke, Annie Oxendine Hammonds of Pembroke, Sandra Faye Oxendine of Maxton and Teresa Oxendine of Maxton. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and many friends.
