We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2020, at the age of 96, Frances Webb (Laurinburg, North Carolina), born in Gastonia, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Cook and Alice Autry Cook; her husband William Thomas Webb, Sr.; her grandchildren, Christian Morris and Mary Margaret Morris; and her children-in-law, Liza Webb, Marshall Smith and Johnny Pittman.

She is survived by : her children, William "Billy" Thomas Webb, Jr. of Laurinburg, Mary Smith of Raeford and Barbara Pittman of Raeford; her sisters, Jean Sullivan of Florida and Nancy Smith of Darlington, SC; her grandchildren, Melinda McMillan (David), Tommy Webb (Denise), Jeffery Morris (Katie), Jamie Morris (Grace) and Amanda Jones (Jerry); and her great grandchildren, Ashley, Lindsey, Brittany, Taylor, TJ, Hunter, Jacob, Elizabeth Gwen, Abigail, Ava, Ty, Ronan, Alley, Earl and Macie. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

Due to Covid-19 Mandates, in order to protect public safety attendance for services will be limited.

The family requests memorial donations to be given to the Caledonia United Methodist Church or the Humane Society of Scotland County.
