She was predeceased by: her parents, Dock Locklear and Mattie Bell Locklear; her husband Gary Lee Biller; her daughters, Brenda Argumedo and Sharon Faye Locklear; and her siblings, James Locklear, Harold Locklear, Purnell Locklear, Arnold Locklear, Jerry Locklear, Dock Locklear, Jr., Lucious Locklear, Leon Locklear and Lois Ann Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, Linner Maynor of Charlotte, Glen Biller, Gary Lee Biller, Greg Biller, Shane Biller, Shirley Maynor of Autryville, Tonya Haywood (Robert) of Gibson and Frances Biller of Ellerbe; and her siblings, Kermit Locklear, Winford Locklear, Mary Rose Sanderson, Vera Webber, Savannah Clark, Betsy Locklear and Peggy Jane Locklear (Dennis). She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren, fifty-one great grandchildren, twenty-four great-great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, facial masks with social distancing are required for all services.
