With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hattie Clark Brayboy (Laurinburg, North Carolina), who passed away on January 19, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Clark and Ollie Jacobs Clark; her daughter Barbara L. Ring; her daughter-in-law Debra Byrd Ring; and her siblings, Willie E. Clark, John W. Clark, Simon Felix Clark, Paul Clark, Dorothy McPherson and Bertie Mae Cash.
She is survived by: her grandson Johnathan Ring; her husband Bracey Brayboy; and her children, William Edward Ring, Jr. (Dawn) of Laurinburg, Jeffery Allen Ring (Tabitha) of Laurel Hill, Ernest Samuel Ring of New Jersey, Johnny Brayboy (Sendora) of Wagram, Marilyn Spry of Hamlet, Willie Brayboy (Sandy) of McColl, SC, James Brayboy of Ellerbe and Ann Evans of Laurinburg. She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews.
