Henry Thompson Jr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry Thompson Jr. (Laurinburg, North Carolina), born in Passaic, New Jersey, who passed away on May 29, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Buchanan Thompson, Sr. and Alyce King Thompson; his son Henry Thompson; and his siblings, Alfeios Thompson, Wallace K. Thompson, Sr., Gerald Thompson and Gloria Leake.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Manor Thompson; and his children, Derrick Thompson of Raeford, Carl Boyd of New Jersey, Donna Thompson Barron of Georgia and Simone Boyd of Cary. He is also survived by five grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
