It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Williams of Laurinburg, North Carolina, born in Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Burney Douglas Williams and Emma Katherine White Williams. He is survived by: his wife Mollie Mae Bodiford Williams; his daughter Elizabeth Williams; his granddaughter Alyssa Mae Williams; his children, Richard "Ricky" Williams of Laurel Hill, Kenneth Williams of Laurinburg and Debra W. Hadley of Raleigh; and his grandchildren, Jessica Simmons, Michell Hunt, Eric Williams, Evan Williams, Brett Williams, Christopher Young and Scott Downer. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and many friends.
