He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry Hoback and Nancy Clara Rich Hoback. He is survived by: his wife Dora Lillian Epps Hoback; his daughter Amanda Kay Leach (Bobby Leach, Jr.) of Charlotte; his sisters, Billie Ann Fluck of Mechanicsville, MD and Nancy D. Blazejak (Francis) of Denton, MD; and his grandchildren, Briana Devon Leach, Brandon Jeremiah Leach and Alana Samone Leach. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews and extended family.
