He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbie Jernigan and Diane Ransom Jernigan. He is survived by: the mother of his children Holly Franklin; his children, Anthony Jernigan, Ashton Jernigan and Jenna Leigh Jernigan of Laurinburg; his siblings, Herbie Jernigan, Jr., Brandon Jernigan of Laurel Hill and Misty Blackburn (Alex) of Laurel Hill; and his grandmother Margaret Ransom of McColl, SC.
