He is survived by: his wife Hazel Taylor Smith; his daughters, Judy S. Bryant (Jimmy) of Laurinburg, Jerrie Kay S. Woods (Keith) of Conway, SC and Sharon S. Brayboy (Jeff) of Laurinburg; his grandchildren, Kristin Robinson (Sammy), Holly Locklear Jerica Hardee (Matthew), Jay Brayboy (Heather) and Taylor B. Brayboy; his great grandchildren, Tryon C. Sheppard, Markus K. Sheppard, Austin Robinson, Gabriel R. Skipper, Jayden L. Locklear, Kadin A. Mihtar, Braylee C. Skipper, Forest S. Robinson, Reecie Chavis, Braylon L. Brayboy, Gatlin K. Hardee and Jacie K. Hardee; and his godchildren, Rev. D. A. Leonard (Kim) and Judith Gibson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, loving family and many friends.
In order to protect the family and others, COVID restriction require facial mask, social distancing with limited attendance for all services.
