It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewel Louise Roth of Laurinburg, North Carolina, born in Stillmore, Georgia, who passed away on June 30, 2022, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father William Boulineau; her former husband Sgt. Joseph W. Wampler, Jr.; her husband Edwin Roth; and her son-in-law Duane Alderman. She is survived by: her children, Joe Wampler (Gail) of Laurinburg, NC and Diane Roth Alderman Anderson (Doug) of Bland, VA; and her grandchildren, Tina Dean (John), Bill Wampler (Angie), Steve Wampler (Stephanie), Travis Wampler (Kerri), Thomas Alderman, Christie Scalf (Chris), Alana Clay (Justin), Andrew Anderson (Devin) and Alexander Anderson. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, 2 great, great-grandchildren, nieces nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Prestwick Village Assisted Living or First Baptist Church in Laurinburg, NC.
