He was predeceased by: his father Herbert McKeithan, Jr.; and his brother Clay McKeithan. He is survived by: his mother Norma McKeithan; his sons, Charlie and Cody McKeithan; his stepson Jimmy Moore (Rosemary McKeithan); and his siblings, Mac McKeithan (Becky), Laura Beth Urie (Steve), Patsy Weber and Ray McKeithan (Robin). He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 14 great nieces and nephews.
