She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha O. Locklear and Locklear, Sr. Locklear; her son Angus Geoffrey "Jeff" Turner; and her siblings-in-law, John Lockey and Jackie Locklear.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy E. Locklear (Jim Allen) of Wake Forest, NC and Connie T. Williams (Eddie Williams) of Raeford, NC; her daughter-in-law Sharon Kaye Hatcher of McColl, SC.; her siblings, Elsie O. Lockey of Laurinburg, NC, J. Grady Locklear of Sumter, SC, Griffin Locklear (Betty Locklear) of Laurinburg, NC and Richard Locklear of Laurinburg, NC; her grandchildren, Dustin, Ryan, Jonathan, Lucas, Krystal, Nick, Jay, Josh, Shanna, Christie and Amanda; and her close friend Freddie Mae McRae of Bennettsville, SC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
