She is survived by: her mother Diane Holloway Jackson of Laurinburg; her children, Kylee Howell (Landon Locklear) and Jaxon Howell of Laurinburg; the parent of her children Terry Lee Howell; her brother Chris Jackson (Judy) of Laurel Hill; her granddaughter Laeklyn Locklear; her sibling's children, Carter Jackson and Keeley Jackson; her aunts and uncles, Barbara, Rick Hildreth, Judy and James Chavis; and her caregiver Tony Kelly.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be given to Multitudes Church of Scotland Regional Hospice.
